The Garden Residence is located on the garden level of ALMISSUM Residences and offers a total of 161.38 m² of interior and terrace space. Its 105.67 m² interior comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous open-plan living and dining area. The 55.71 m² private terrace extends the living space outdoors and provides ample room for quiet moments in the open air.
Direct access to the private terrace, its garden-level position and the clearly arranged layout make the residence particularly suitable for couples, smaller families and longer stays.
The beach is approximately 200 metres away. The historic centre of Omiš, the Cetina Canyon, restaurants, cafés and shops are all within easy reach. The Garden Residence therefore combines privacy and relaxed living with a convenient base from which to explore the Omiš Riviera and the Dalmatian coast.
Important seasonal information:
The Garden Residence is available for individual bookings from 15 November to 31 March. The outdoor pool is closed from 1 November to 31 March and is not available during this booking period.

Thomas Maros is the Founder and Managing Director of ALMISSUM and oversees the direction of ALMISSUM Residences. The boutique property on the Omiš Riviera comprises four individually designed residences and is managed with a clear focus on privacy, comfort and a well-organised guest experience.
Arrival arrangements are coordinated personally before each stay. During your visit, Mario Popovac is also available as our local representative for check-in, questions relating to the property and any urgent assistance required.
Our approach is attentive and discreet: we respect our guests’ privacy while remaining reliably available whenever assistance is needed. Communication is available in German, English and Croatian.
